I will do my utmost to make sure every customer is given the best possible experience when visiting and purchasing from our store whether its online or in store itself.

I'm a little boutique who just wants to bring beautiful things to my gorgeous customers.

/ Lay Away Service

Here at Casa Bella Sorella Boutique, we do a lay away service which helps ladies and gents that want to put items away for birthday presents or Christmas for example. 

​

A £5 deposit is required for item/s that are valued at £50 or under, whichever comes first in value.

​

Item/s that are valued £50 and over will require a £10 deposit to secure those items. 

​

You then have 3 months to pay for the items. Once paid in full you can collect or I can post the items out to your desired address. 

If you do not collect within the 3 months, unfortunately, money will be lost and items will go back out to be sold. 

​

This way is better than getting credit, the only downside is that the items aren't given until fully paid for but you have no interest to pay this way :)

/ Returns Policy

  • EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE

  • Items must be unworn/unwashed with tags/original box

  • Please try shoes on indoors to prevent marking on the sole

Please let us know what you would like to exchange your previous item for. If you don't have anything that is taking your fancy, a credit note will be issued and you will have 6 months to redeem the credit note.

Credit note will be issued once items are returned in same condition when sold to you. 

​

If you receive an item that's faulty or Becomes faulty within the first 14 days of purchase, please contact. Depending on the issue we can professionally repair the item for free. 

​

We repair professionally by using another company to check the item and see if its worth repairing or just issuing a new item. 

​

Please understand we are only a small company and we want all our customers to be happy with the service and their purchases.
